Security testing through Thelpened is limited to passive and safe reconnaissance modules provided by the product (e.g. DNS, HTTP/TLS metadata).

You must confirm authorization before scheduling scans and maintain records of permission where required by your policies or contracts.

Do not scan third-party systems without authorization, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malware, or use the platform to distribute spam or abusive content.

Do not probe government, critical infrastructure, or personal devices without lawful authority and explicit scope.

Do not attempt to map internal networks of other tenants or access data belonging to another workspace.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or pose risk to the platform or others. We may report illegal activity to authorities where required.
