Terms of Service

Thelpened provides security posture, compliance, governance, and reporting tools for authorized users. Features may include safe reconnaissance modules, AI-assisted narratives, and workspace collaboration.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

You may only add scan targets and run assessments for systems you own or for which you have explicit, documented permission from the owner.

You must not use Thelpened for illegal access, harassment, denial-of-service attacks, exploitation of vulnerabilities beyond agreed scope, or any activity that violates applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your workspace. Subscription terms follow the plan selected at checkout and Stripe billing records.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thelpened and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
